I am having a tape made of the noise from Pala Raceway and delivered as a gift to you all - Ms. Lamb, Chairmain Smith, Frank Spurgeon and Ryan Oulette. That way you will be able to experience the same background serenade to the season’s preparations and celebrations as we are currently doing.
My sincere hope is that 2010 will bring a resolution to the noise problem you have created that is heard far and wide this holiday season.
