Believe it or not, it's that time of year! Although it's still 80 degrees outside, Christmas time has arrived and The Rainbow Oaks Flower Shop is fully stocked with Christmas trees to help make your Christmas special.

From 4 feet to 9 feet, our trees are healthy and plump and fit your needs. We have a beautiful selection of Douglas, Noble, Fraizer, Grand, and Nordmans.

Prices are super reasonable, from $30 to $70 depending on height. We also do special orders for those who are feeling the extra Christmas Spirit.

Why pay more at discount lots and farms when you can get local friendly service and quality for the same price or less.

Stop by and visit.  We'd love to help you find your perfect tree!

I-15 Corridor... Bill Crocker reported that there was no meeting last month. Dennis Sanford reported that RMWD had been notified that the Pala tribe will be developing their property at 76 and I-15.
Pala Raceway  ...Bud Swanson commented that there was not any noticeable change in the noise levels since the new protocol was introduced by Pala and the noise pollution is continued unabated.
Post Office... Will open in November.
Playground Rainbow Park ....Nothing further at this time.
RMWD Report ... Dennis Sanford reported that Metropolitan Water will pass through another water rate increase in January. He also stated that 95-1 was under discussion because it was too restrictive at $1 million. He also mentioned that the State requires a public vote on public debt but the requirement is different at 50% plus one.
Dennis also reported that there was serious discussion concerning consolidation of certain functions within three of the water districts in an effort to save money.
Also, a concern for the RMWD was the notion that everyone has a right to water, how could you shut someone off for lack of payment?
